1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GymBoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement to use GymBoo.

3. Respectful use

GymBoo is built for respectful, real-world connection. Harassment, stalking, hate speech, nudity, impersonation, or any unsafe behavior at or outside the gym is not tolerated and may lead to immediate removal.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

5. Location data

GymBoo uses your device location to verify gym check-ins. You control when you are visible via Ghost Mode and can hide at any time.

6. No guarantees

GymBoo is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, conversations, or outcomes. Meet new people at your own discretion and prioritize your safety.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GymBoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
